11月22日讯 20日进行的2023-24赛季WCBA常规赛第13轮的一场比赛，北京首钢女篮84-45战胜厦门白鹭女篮。

据现场记者报道，比赛第四节，北京球员刘晶与厦门大外布兰迪拼抢时受伤，随后倒地不起，最终是被担架抬出场外。

赛后，刘晶被诊断为眼部结膜出血，鼻骨骨折，面部有多处抓伤。

今日，厦门白鹭女篮官方微博更新微博向刘晶致歉：

“I would like to apologize to Liu Jing on Beijing Team for her most recent injury. While coming down from a lay up I simply lost my balance, causing my arms and hands to hit her in the face. This was not intentional and was an complete accident. I would never want anyone to be injured while playing any sport. Again, I send my sincere apologies and regards to Liu Jing. I am a good person and I am sure she is as well. I wish her a speedy recovery. I also hope I can apologize to her in person next time we meet.
